Delivery time depends on the order type:

Standard orders: 15-25 days production after sample approval, shipped by sea/air/rail

OEM orders: 15-20 days for sampling, 25-35 days for production, shipped by full container load

Urgent orders: Priority scheduling negotiable, 10-15 days completion, air freight priority

Vangood water heaters feature a seven-layer safety protection system:

Flame failure protection: Cuts off gas supply within 3 seconds if flame accidentally extinguishes

Dry heating protection: Automatically stops heating when water is insufficient

Overheating protection: Shuts down when water temperature exceeds limits

Overpressure protection: Automatically releases pressure when too high

Anti-backdraft device: Prevents strong wind from interfering with combustion

Oxygen depletion protection: Automatically shuts off when oxygen is insufficient

Freeze protection: Automatically activates anti-freeze heating in low temperatures

It is recommended to perform the following maintenance regularly:

Monthly: Check for leaks, unusual noises, or abnormal flame color

Every 6 months: Clean the inlet filter screen to prevent clogging

Annually: Have a professional conduct a comprehensive inspection and clean internal carbon deposits

Every 2-3 years: Inspect and replace the anode rod (if applicable)

When not in use for extended periods: Close the gas valve and water inlet valve, drain the tank

Stop using immediately and contact a professional for repair if any of the following occur:

Smell of gas (possible leak)

Abnormal flame color (yellow or red, normal should be blue)

Backdraft or poor exhaust ventilation

Inconsistent water temperature, unable to adjust

Unusual noises or vibrations

Housing overheating or smoking

Severe water leakage

Energy efficiency ratings reflect the water heater's energy-saving performance:

Level 1 efficiency: Most energy-efficient, thermal efficiency above 95%, saves gas costs in long-term use

Level 2 efficiency: Moderately energy-efficient, thermal efficiency 88%-94%, good value for money

Level 3 efficiency: Standard level, thermal efficiency 84%-88%

Choosing Level 1 or Level 2 efficiency products may have a slightly higher purchase price, but the cost can be recovered through gas savings within 2-3 years.

This depends on the water heater type and local climate:

Balanced flue gas water heaters: Can be installed in the bathroom because combustion air is drawn from outdoors

Forced flue gas water heaters: Must be installed in well-ventilated areas such as kitchens or balconies; installation in bathrooms is strictly prohibited

Outdoor water heaters: Specifically designed for outdoor installation, saving indoor space

Electric water heaters: Can be installed in bathrooms, but must ensure waterproofing and reliable grounding

Vangood offers products with various installation methods to meet different customer needs.

For orders ≤ $1,000, 100% prepayment is required. For orders > $1,000, you can choose either 30% T/T deposit in advance, balance paid before shipment, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
